Good Health Habbits
As student we all must live healthy .i would like to bring about few points on good health habits .
Cleanliness is very important .homes must be kept clean and the clothes that we wear should be washed regularly .the surroundings or the environment that we live should be arranged so that we may live healthy .By growing trees in the compound we can get fresh air.our living in a congested busy surrounding will mostly affect the health .
The intake of healthy food is another ccouse to lead a healthy life.we must always eat nutritious food that will help to grow our body.lack of food will affect a person to be less active .the quality of the food must be higher than the quantity .
Also exercises too are necessary .one should take regular exercises to keep the body in good health .By paying attention to the above mentioned points one should be able to lead a healthy life.
