My Duties as a Prefect in school

 


Leadership qualities are the rarest ,most prized and most admired possession of man kind .for me it is a great honour to be a prefect of my school .according to my oath or the promise at the investiture i feel so proud to hold such a great series of responsibilities and duties ,firstly on behalf of my school .fellow students and the society which i associate with.

First of all i have to build up my own character by all means so as to be truthful and pure in thought ,word and deed.i am always conscious about the tasks that i have to perform,as i have to be an exemplary moral character and help others to be good and honest .i must be disciplined and help others to discipline themselves .i must not abuse the power vested in me.i should not use force or any hard and fast rules at any time in the performance of my duties .but i must strive to uphold the rules of the school ,and help the students to be law abiding .i must be obedient and take the advice in the spirit in which it is given .according to my promise i determine to be a role model to serve my school and through it the wider community and make both school and society a wholesome and pleasant place to work and live in.

   positive Thinking is really important in anyone's life .If we don't think positive then we cannot do our work properly .if we think positive then the result will be positive whatever will be the condition otherwise no. If we think positive then we can do our work without difficulty and also get success. positive thinking makes it easier to remove worries and negative thoughts.it also bring positive attitude in one .Because if we think positive then no one can bring wrong feelings in us and cannot deviate us. It is also said that if you believe in yourself than things are possible .So, it is important to develop positive thinking in your self rather than negative thinking or thoughts.

A waterfall in Sri Lanka

Water is essential but common.it has so many formations.Among those waterfalls are the most fascinating natural resource we possess. Dunhida is one of the best in my little sri lanka which is located in badulla District .the name implies the smoke like spray it creates as its water falls in to the rock pool below .the graceful nature of falling the huge flow of water is really enchanting and amusing .cascading through the lush green forest and splashing on the gigantic rocks and innocently moving ahead wetting and fertilizing an enormous area of badulla village .this massive volume of glistening water has some magic in it that calms the tensed mind. 🤩🤩
