Drug addiction has become a serious problem all over the world. the number of teenagers young people getting addicted to drug is increasing day by day. various type of drug like cocaine, heroin etc: are consumed by the addicts world wide.

The drug addicts become so dependent on drug that they cannot stop is use. they spend a lot of money to purchase drugs. ones they are addicted to drugs ,they are also forced to commit crimes in return of drugs. lack of confidence, excessive stress, etc: are some of the couses of drug addition.it is seen that youngsters who find difficult to deal with personal or family problems tend towards the habbit of drug consumption.

Many a times youngsters get addicted to drugs when they see others consuming it. it is necessary that everyone in the society stays away from drugs as a responsibility .drug addiction result in various health issues amongst the addicts.it has a negative effect on physical as well as mental health .physical effect of drug addiction include irregular heartheat ,respiratory problems, lung cancer, kidney damage.

Drug addiction is a kind of disease which results from stress and pressure.it is necessary that youth should be made aware of the consequences of the addiction .We all must say no to drugs and take steps to make our society free from drug addiction.

Dunhida is one of the best in my little sri lanka which is located in badulla District .the name implies the smoke like spray it creates as its water falls in to the rock pool below .the graceful nature of falling the huge flow of water is really enchanting and amusing .cascading through the lush green forest and splashing on the gigantic rocks and innocently moving ahead wetting and fertilizing an enormous area of badulla village .this massive volume of glistening water has some magic in it that calms the tensed mind. 🤩🤩
